LISTEN: Donald Sterling says "I am not a racist" on just-released tape

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Embattled L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling is proclaiming "I am not a racist" on a just-released tape.  RadarOnline.com released the tape on which Sterling seems at times defiant, while at other times he appears to be saddened by what has occurred.  Sterling also indicates at one point that he won't sell the Clippers without a fight, saying he's a lawyer and quote, "you can't force people to sell property in America."  The tape was apparently recorded by a long-time African-American friend of Sterling's.

Sterling was banned for life from the NBA and fined more than two-million dollars after a tape of racist comments he made to his girlfriend V. Stiviano was posted by TMZ.  The NBA is moving forward with plans to try to force Sterling to sell the Clippers.
